Tra il 1991 e il 1996 frequenta i collage artistici, tra cui l'Exeter College Of Art and Design, il Newport School of Art and Design, e il Goldsmiths College dove ha conseguito un MA in Design Futures approfondendo lo studio di internet, dell'audio e del marketing.

Dal 1997 lavora come creatrice, artista ed ingegnere sia in internet, sia in radio. La sua pratica artistica comprende tecniche abitualmente impiegate nel marketing coevo al fine di gestire informazioni per la propaganda e la manipolazione dei dati. Le comunità su internet sono di primaria importanza nella sua opera.

Ha insegnato l'uso di Internet alla London school of Economics e ha costriuto siti web per Razorfish.

Attualmente è impegnata in analisi, design e gestione del sito Irational.org.

==Poetica== Porta avanti l'idea di un'arte sociale che impiega la tecnologia recente (in particolare quella audio) per favorire il mutuo scambio culturale tra le persone.

La Net.radio (cioè la radio implementata tramite internet) costituisce un'area chiave della sua attività e, più recentemente, anche l'uso degli SMS da cellulare.
