Activities for the social field

Mediateca, in collaboration with the Associazione Libri Liberi and the theatre companies Pupi di Stac and Teatrosfera, organizes workshops of audio-visual education dedicated to children and teenagers.

Mediateca also conducts educational activities addressed to socially disadvantaged groups, in Tuscan prisons and in other marginal contexts.

  • Also the 19 May 2001 convention, held in Florence, can be included among the social activities:

Learning development in children with handicaps through multimedia supports. Research, market, achievements and perspectives.
